Parking Passes – A Parking pass form is available here. You may also scan this QR code to access the fillable form (using your mobile phone)

After filling and submitting the Parking Pass form, students may use their debit/credit cards to make the $40 payment at the library/bookstore window across from room 13. Please note that the library/bookstore window is only open between 10am and 3pm on Monday and Tuesdays.

Student I.D. card (Photo ID) – To book an appointment with Asma to receive your Student I.D. card (Photo ID), please click here. Please bring your Passport (Hard copy) or Canadian Photo ID (BCID/Driver’s Licence/PR Card) during your appointment (photos of the IDs on the Mobile phone are not accepted).

Research Assistance – To book an appointment with the librarian Billy to receive help with your course research, please go here: Research assistance is in-person at the Coquitlam College library (516 Brookmere Ave, Coquitlam).

FOR YOUR URGENT ATTENTION FROM THE COLLEGE LIBRARY: Library users who have overdue library books are requested to drop them off at the front desk of our college library as soon as possible. These are required for inventory purposes and for updating our catalog records within the new library system.

FOR STUDENTS: Students, you may note that failure to return overdue library books, may lead to a deduction of up to 40 CAD from your book deposit (the lost book fee), as per college policy.
