Parking Passes – The online Parking pass form is available here. You may also scan this QR code (using your mobile phone) to access the fillable form

After filling and submitting the Parking Pass form online, students may use their debit/credit cards to make the $40 payment at the library/bookstore, between 8:30am and 4:30pm, on all working weekdays. (Cash transactions are not accepted).

Student I.D. card (Photo ID) – Students (UT/High School) may get their student I.D. cards (Photo ID), on showing physical copies of their passports or Canadian Photo IDs (BCID/Driver’s Licence/PR Card) at the library/bookstore between 8:30am and 4:30pm, on all working weekdays. (photos of the IDs on Mobile phones are not accepted).

Research Assistance – To book an appointment with the librarian Billy to receive help with your course research, please go here: Research assistance is in-person at the Coquitlam College library (516 Brookmere Ave, Coquitlam).

FOR YOUR URGENT ATTENTION FROM THE COLLEGE LIBRARY: Library users who have overdue library books are requested to drop them off at the front desk of our college library as soon as possible. These are required for inventory purposes and for updating our catalog records within the new library system.

FOR STUDENTS: Students, you may note that failure to return overdue library books, may lead to a deduction of up to 40 CAD from your book deposit (the lost book fee), as per college policy.

The college will be resuming in-person classes for the fall 2021 semester, however, we kindly remind students that as a private college only current students are permitted to use the library resources and to be on-site.
