Upload all the following required documents to the online application:
Students outside of Canada: Scan of photo page of valid passport, previous secondary/post-secondary transcripts, English Language test score (IELTS/CAEL/TOEFL-if applicable)
Transfer students within Canada: Scans of photo page of valid passport, Student Visa/Study Permit, previous International and/or Canadian transcripts, English Language test score (IELTS/CAEL/TOEFL-if applicable)
Pay the non-refundable $200 application fee – Visa and MasterCard are accepted for payment.
Please submit scans of your passport photo page, official transcripts and evidence of English proficiency. If applicable, also upload your Study Permit.
You may add additional documents via email to [email protected] – Include your CC Student ID # in the subject line of the email.
A receipt confirming application will be sent by email, immediately upon submission of application.
Admitted students will receive a Welcome Letter within 15 days of application.
Admitted overseas students will then receive a Letter of Offer and an Tuition/Fee Invoice
Upon payment of tuition fees, Coquitlam College will issue overseas international students an official Letter of Acceptance (LOA) which can be used to apply to IRCC for a Study Permit.
Refused applicants may be asked to submit updated documents. Please do not reapply without further advice from an academic advisor.
Transfer students within Canada who require an LOA for Study Permit Renewal must submit a Letter Request Form
