Coquitlam College recently welcomed representatives from two of Canada’s top universities — the University of Alberta (U of A) and the University of British Columbia (UBC) — to meet with students and share valuable insights about their programs, admissions, and campus life.

The visits offered students an excellent opportunity to learn about transfer options, degree pathways, and the university experience beyond Coquitlam College. Representatives discussed key topics such as academic requirements, scholarships, and student support services, while also answering individual questions about transferring and applying to specific faculties.

We appreciated the opportunity for students to be able to connect directly with university staff and gain a clearer understanding of what it takes to continue their academic journey at a top Canadian institution.
