The Continuing Awards of BC International High School Graduates supports new BC International High School applicants entering Coquitlam College’s University Transfer or Associate of Arts programs who demonstrate academic potential and a personal commitment to their studies.
To support student success, recipients are required to meet regularly with an academic advisor throughout their studies to discuss academic goals, monitor progress, and receive personalized guidance.
Scholarship Details
Amount: B Average (1st Semester: $800 | 2nd Semester: $800), Others (1st Semester: $200 | 2nd Semester: $200)
Duration: One-time award; not renewable
Eligibility Criteria
Be enrolling at Coquitlam College for the first time in full-time studies.
Be an International High School applicant.
Must meet the admission requirements for selected program.

Required Documents
General Scholarship Application Form – Available on the Scholarships & Bursaries page.
Official Academic Transcripts – Submission of official transcripts covering the past two years of study.
Statement of Purpose – A 400–600 word essay explaining your academic goals, how you plan to succeed in your studies, how the scholarship will support your journey, and your long-term goals.
Reference Letter – A Letter from a teacher, counsellor, or employer can speak to your academic potential and personal commitment to your studies.
