This is a comprehensive course designed to facilitate a broad range of experiences in visual arts. Students will be engaged in creating and responding to a variety of images. Art Foundation courses are designed to provide a balanced program of study in both traditional and contemporary art forms, such as drawing, painting, printmaking, photography, design and digital imaging. Art Foundation courses provide opportunities for students to develop their technical skills in relation to perceiving, responding to, creating and communicating about a wide variety of types of images.
