The goal of this course is to promote a positive attitude toward active living in the pursuit of lifelong health and well-being. Students will be expected to fully and safely participate in and develop appropriate skills to the best of their abilities in the following planned activities: warm-up and cool-down activities, jogging, softball, soccer, basketball, volleyball, orienteering, walking, hiking, badminton, floor hockey, touch football, touch rugby, swimming, bowling, games, relay running, racquet sports, disc golf, camping, canoeing, horseback riding and table tennis.
