E2-BR - Beginner Reading

In the reading class, students will develop reading skills through exposure to a variety of English readings. Students will read many kinds of written works including short stories, shortened novels, and newspaper articles. Emphasis will be on developing vocabulary and ensuring students are able to recognize 500 of the most frequent English words. The class will help students interact in their daily life and introduce them to basic academic reading.
