Summer English Tours offer students a unique opportunity to learn English while exploring our Vancouver's many beautiful attractions. These programs are open to students 10 years old and above and are packed full of fun and excitement (and learning) for all ages.

English Tours are also fully customizable. We can design a program to fit anyone's interests.

Usually lasting from two to four weeks, the programs are divided into four components:

English and Cultural Studies

Students spend their mornings of the program in English and cultural studies. The curriculum is designed to fit the students' level of English and needs. For our younger students, we design programs that combine fun activities with learning. Also available is an intensive business English program for groups of professional clients that focuses on the needs of foreign professionals who wish to conduct business in North America. Daily Activities

In the afternoon, the holiday fun begins. Vancouver is one of the world's most beautiful and friendliest cities. There are an abundance of exciting adventures waiting to unfold. In the winter months, skiing and snowboarding is planned at local mountains. In fact, the world famous Whistler Resort less than two hours away. In the summer, Vancouver's sunny beaches and parks are close at hand and spectacular events such as the Symphony of Fire (fireworks) take place in the evenings from the shores of English Bay each summer. There are hundreds of great activities to choose from.

 

Full Day Excursions

Our day excursion to the Butchart Gardens, the Royal Wax Museum and the Parliament Buildings in Victoria add a flavour of culture and history to our tours. The popular Whistler excursion allows participants to see British Columbia at its best!

 

Homestay Families

If students require living accomodations for the duration of the program, "homestay" with a Canadian family can be arranged. The homestay program is coordinated by our full time Homestay Coordinators. For more information please click here.
