* Instructors in the University Program hold a masters or doctorate degree in their subject area.
* All instructors in the Senior High School Program and academic English Studies Program hold a minimum of a professional certificate from the College of Teachers of British Columbia or the Independent Schools Branch of the Ministry of Education of British Columbia.
