The following link demonstrates a good website design. Notice how the best contrast (black on white) is used to aid reading text. Colours are relaxing. The site is not cluttered and is easy to use. It separates content from style using standard XHTML and CSS. The home page is updated regularly and has a site search tool to aid navigation.
